Early Childhood Education
Laura Szabo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Glassboro State College. She was a teacher with United Cerebral Palsy of the Lehigh Valley, working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, for twelve years. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment techniques. As a Child Life Specialist Laura worked in Pediatrics at the Allentown Hospital - Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. Before joining Cindy's practice, Laura worked for NORWESCAP Head Start, providing educational and social services to families with preschool children. Laura has many years of experience with families and children with special needs. She is also a member of The Council For Exceptional Children (Early Childhood Division).
Kelly McFarland graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in December, 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, graduating with honors. Kelly is currently employed full-time with the Pleasant Valley School District teaching 8th grade learning support. She is employed part-time by both our practice since July 2003 and Behavioral Health Associates as Therapeutic Staff Support.
