Faith Ann Augustus, MPT received a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med from Kutztown University. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science in 1997. Faith began with Cindy as a student in 1997, and then worked part time in the evenings after graduation. Faith worked as a staff therapist at Lehigh Valley Hospital with special interests in pediatrics, burn and wound care. Faith has been trained in Neuro Developmental treatment-completing the Pediatric eight week course. She has presented research findings at two national conferences. She is a member of the Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association and American Physical Therapy Association- including sections on Pediatrics & Aquatics.


Andrew Sutphin, DPT, CSCS, graduated from the University of Pttsburgh with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology (2002) and a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005. Andrew began as a volunteer at Cindy’s clinic for two years, accumulating 150 hours of clinical experience. Andrew completed a year long internship at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh prior to graduation. Clinical experience included acute/trauma care, NICU, PICU, and orthopedic injuries. Andrew became certified as a strength and conditioning specialist in 2004.



Rachael Weitknecht, DPT, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Muhlenberg College in 2004.  She continued her education and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 2007.  Prior to joining the staff at Cindy Miles and Associates Rachael was a student volunteer at the office for 5 years and assisted in the fitness program. Her student clinical experiences include acute, rehab, and outpatient therapy as well as a 10 week pediatric clinical rotation at A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children. Rachael is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) - including the section on Pediatrics.

Jason Benincasa, DPT, HFS, has received a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from DeSales University (2007) as well as his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2010. He received the 2010 Evelyn B. Noyovitz Award for clinical and academic achievement in pediatrics from Drexel. Jason’s clinical experiences include outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and two rotations in pediatrics; including our office and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, WA. Along with pediatric therapy, Jason is interested in the health promotion and fitness aspect of the field, and has been certified as a Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine since 2007. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
