Office Assistants
Monica Bauer is a graduate of the Medical assistants program at Lehigh-Carbon Community College. She has been employed in the medical field since 1978. As a part time employee at Cindy’s she verifies insurance benefits and assists in numerous other office functions. Monica lives in Whitehall with her husband and daughter.
Eric Peterson received a Bachelor's degree from Moravian College in Psychology and Biology. He has been associated with Cynthia Miles & Associates since 2004. Eric is currently the President of the Lehigh Valley Steel Force Friends Chapter of National Ambucs, Inc.; which is a non-profit organization helping individuals with disabilities become more mobile. He is also looking into graduate school programs in Neuroscience.
