Aquatic Therapy & Fitness
In September, 2003 we opened our aquatic center and now Cindy Miles & Associates offers aquatic therapy and fitness classes. The Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists have been trained in therapeutic aquatics in pediatrics to enhance their knowledge about aquatic treatment. Pool workouts are integrated into the specialized treatments already offered at our facility.
In addition to aquatic sessions for our clients we also offer both group and individual swimming classes with a certified instructor. These are available to both typically and atypically developing children. With the use of volunteers we  offer a fitness program which allows both our clients and other children to work on aerobic and coordination activities. Our facility also offers fitness classes, which promote women's health using aquatics and circuit training activities.
